Pizza Dough

  • 2 cups of buckwheat sprouts
  • 1 cup mint chopped
  • 1 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 cup dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salt – pepper

Stuffing

  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 10 olives without pits
  • 5 mushrooms of your choice sliced
  • 1/2  green or red pepper sliced
  • salt – pepper

Preparation

  1. Put all pizza dough ingredients into a blender and blend them well.
  2. In a pan put greaseproof paper and spread onto the pizza dough.
  3. Bake at 45 degrees Celsius for 5 to 6 hours.
  4. Place all stuffing ingredients over the pizza.
