Pizza Dough
- 2 cups of buckwheat sprouts
- 1 cup mint chopped
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 1 cup dill chopped
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- salt – pepper
Stuffing
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- 10 olives without pits
- 5 mushrooms of your choice sliced
- 1/2 green or red pepper sliced
- salt – pepper
Preparation
- Put all pizza dough ingredients into a blender and blend them well.
- In a pan put greaseproof paper and spread onto the pizza dough.
- Bake at 45 degrees Celsius for 5 to 6 hours.
- Place all stuffing ingredients over the pizza.
