Ingredients

250 gr silken tofu
150 gr sunflower oil
3 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend them well
