2 Cups orange juice
1 Cup water
1 Cup sugar
Zest from 1 orange
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 Espresso-spoon vanilla powder
5-6 Cardamom seeds (broken – use only the inside)
1/3 Of a cup sultanas
1 Cup coarse semolina
Preparation

place semolina in an oven pan and bake in a preheated oven (180C) for 7 minutes

put all the remaining ingredients in a casserole and bring them to a boil , the minute they start boiling put inside the semolina and with a whisk stir constantly for 2 minutes or until you see the first bubbles

right away place the halva in panacotta cups and let them cool before you serve them
