The healthiest way to eat delicious “Fries” without feeling guilty.
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Medium Potatoes
- 3-4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Salt
- A piece of greaseproof paper to fit the baking dish
Preparation:
- Cut the potatoes for fries, dry them very well with some papper towels, salt them and then oil them very well with your hands.
- Spread the graseproof paper on the baking dish and then spread the potatoes as well so that is no one over another.’
- Bake at 180 degrees until the potatoes are golden brown, then roll them over, wait for them to get golden brown again and then remove them from the oven.
You can add some oregano right after.
